Wedding Album FAQ
Your wedding album is destined to become a treasured family heirloom that will be enjoyed for generations to come. Here are some useful tips on how the design process works:
How should we get started on the design of our album? To start the design process, log into your web gallery and choose your image selections by placing them in a folder .(click add to folder button to create folders).
Once we receive your completed selections, we will review them and send you confirmation that the album design process has begun. If you have any questions or want to change your album products, please contact our creative services team at [email protected]
What other choices do I need to make for my album? Your album should be a unique expression of your tastes and preferences, and you'll have a great deal of control over the appearance of the finished album. Depending on the album type that you reserved, you may specify your choice of the following:
How can I check the status of my album? You may check the status of your album at any time throughout the process by visiting: View My Status
When and how will I view my album draft(s)? The first draft will be produced approximately 8-10 weeks from the time you submit your design and image selections. Once a draft is available for your review, you will be notified via email and a link to view your draft online will be available . You will then have the opportunity to accept the draft or request changes.
The turnaround time for most draft revisions is 4-6 weeks, depending on the extent of the changes requested. Most albums are completed in one revision, while some take two. When you've approved the final layout, your album goes to production, and it will be delivered to you approximately 10 to 12 weeks after we receive your approval.
What additional costs are involved? Additional costs may be incurred if you add something to your album over and above what was included in your package. For example, if you decide to upgrade to a larger size album (from 10" x 10" to 12" x 12"), add additional pages beyond the number included in your package, or request extensive custom design work, additional costs will be assessed.
If you change your album design style or add multiple images after your design process has begun, you will be charged for custom design work at an hourly rate of $100. (Note that you may replace up to 3 additional images after your design process has begun.) All costs will be quoted to you before proceeding with any changes so that you can approve them.
There are one round of revisions, included with all Zoom Studio Picture albums that go through a design process. If you request revisions beyond the 1st draft, there is a revision fee of $100 per hour for the incremental design work.
Is there a warranty on my album? Bella Pictures warrants that all album products you purchase from us shall be free from substantial defects in materials or workmanship during the lifetime of the original purchaser, excluding normal wear and tear, cosmetic aging, and damage caused by mishandling or improper storage.
